Exhibit Rental Includes

» 10′ wide x 8′ deep booth frame with an 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side rails.
NOTE: booth furnishings may not exceed beyond the 8′ depth of the booth.

» 7″ x 44″ one-line exhibitor identification sign

» Ballroom carpeting.

» 24-hour security service during installation, operation and dismantling hours

» One full meeting registration and two “exhibit hall only” passes per booth. NOTE: Exhibitors designated “exhibit hall only” must register as attendees in order to attend sessions.

» All booth personnel receive lunch and coffee breaks. Exhibitors with full meeting registration may attend scientific sessions and the Annual Banquet.

» Pre- and post-show registration list with complete contact information (one-time use for each list)

» Annual Meeting Program

Staffing Requirement

All tabletop exhibits must be staffed by an employee or representative of the exhibiting company during stated exhibit hours.

Space Assignment

Space will be assigned in the order of receipt of applications with payments in full. SIMB corporate members and returning exhibitors will have priority in space selection, if the application is received at the previous year’s Annual Meeting.

Every effort will be made to accommodate exhibitors’ booth location requests. SIMB reserves the right to relocate booths if necessary, and cannot guarantee that an exhibitor will not be placed near a competitor. In the event of a space conflict, SIMB reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan, relocate any space, or cancel the event at any time prior to the exhibit opening. SIMB reserves the right to assign exhibit space and to regulate the use of that space or the design and appearance of any booth.
