Staff requirement

All exhibits must be staffed by an employee or representative of the exhibiting company during stated required exhibit hours.

Dismantling

No packaging of equipment or literature or dismantling of exhibits will be permitted until after 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11. Dismantling early will incur a $250 fee for each day before the official dismantle date and time.

Exhibitor services

All additional furnishings, including supplies, signage, water, electricity, equipment, furniture AV and dedicated internet service must be rented through official partner vendors. All related information will be provided in the official exhibitor kit once booth space is confirmed.

Exhibitor showcases

Showcases are opportunties for participating exhibitors to give a 10-minute presentation on new products, company profiles, and new technologies and services. These showcases take place on Monday and Tuesday from 12:00pm – 12:40pm in the exhibit hall.

An LCD projector and laptop will be provided. Please bring presentations on a thumb drive and load to the laptop before the showcase begins. Only handheld equipment is allowed. Time will NOT be available for pre-setup of equpiment. Handouts and promotional materials are encouraged. A moderator will be present to keep showcases on schedule.

Time slots are limited to two showcases per company. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Non-standard fees

• $100 Staffing Absence. This fee will be assessed only to those who do not have representatives at their assigned booth during required hours for an extended period of time. Fee will be assessed per required timeslot impacted.
• $200 Cancellation Fee. Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to the SIMB office. Refunds are available until September 29, 2025,, less a $200 administrative fee.
• $250/day Dismantling Early Fee. This fee will be assessed only to those who dismantle their exhibit booth or space before stated date and time above.
