If you need to renew or would like to join, then proceed with the membership first then register for the meeting. Or add the membership to your cart BEFORE registering for the meeting. You may also renew or join with the membership form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registrations cannot be taken over the phone.<\/strong> Attendees must register online or with the registration form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are submitting a registration on behalf of another<\/strong>, please fill out the registration with the attendee\u2019s information. DO NOT login using your information. You MUST be logged in under the attendee. Name, email address, phone number, mailing address and badge info should be the attendee\u2019s information and not yours. Your name should not appear anywhere on the registration. The only exception is the name on the credit card.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are submitting registrations for multiple people<\/strong>, it is highly recommended that you use the registration form and email, mail or fax them in. Refunds will be issued, less a $100.00 USD administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after <strong>September 30, 2024<\/strong>. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.<\/p>\n<h2>Substitutions<\/h2>\n<p>Personnel substitutions may be made at any time in writing by the registration deadline, no later than <strong>October 9, 2024<\/strong> by 5pm EDT. Please submit a written request to <a href=\"mailto:registrar@simbhq.org\">registrar@simbhq.org<\/a>. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. After the deadline substitutions will be processed onsite.<\/p>\n<h2>Press Registration<\/h2>\n<p>Representatives from the press may request a press pass to receive access to the conference. Payment must be in <strong>U.S. Dollars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>If you are registering online:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete your registration then Select the \u201cBill Me\u201d option on the payment screen.<\/li>\n<li>After submitting your registration, contact <a href=\"mailto:registrar@simbhq.org\">registrar@simbhq.org<\/a> indicating that you have submitted your registration online and that you will be paying by wire transfer.<\/li>\n<li>An invoice with our bank details will be provided to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>If you are submitting a registration form:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete the registration form and check wire transfer under Payment Information.<\/li>\n<li>Email or fax completed registration form to <a href=\"mailto:registrar@simbhq.org\">registrar@simbhq.org<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>An invoice with our bank details will be provided to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If what we provide is not sufficient to receive payment<\/strong>, then the attendee must seek other means to pay the registration fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLEASE NOTE: Wire transfers can take up to ten business days to process. Please allow ample time for your transfer to reach us.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Visa Information<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalacademies.org\/our-work\/international-visitors-office\">U.S. International Visitors Office (IVO)<\/a> recommends travelers apply for a visa at least three months before the meeting because some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews. Applicants should first contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview.<\/p>\n<p>Further information on business visas can be found at the <a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en\/us-visas\/business.html\">DOS Business Visa Center Website<\/a> and at the IVO website.<\/p>\n<p>SIMB is not affiliated with and has no relationship with the U.S. International Visitors Office.
