Guest registrants are eligible only for the events marked with an asterisk. Please note that One Day registration does not include the Tuesday evening banquet.

All meeting participants shall abide by the SIMB Code of Conduct.

Registration Instructions

Please verify your membership status before registering. If you need to renew or would like to join, then proceed with the membership first then register for the meeting. Or add the membership to your cart BEFORE registering for the meeting. You may also renew or join with the membership form.

If you are submitting a registration on behalf of another, please fill out the registration with the attendee’s information. DO NOT login using your information. You MUST be logged in under the attendee. Name, email address, phone number, mailing address and badge info should be the attendee’s information and not yours. Your name should not appear anywhere on the registration. The only exception is the name on the credit card.

If you are submitting registrations for multiple people, it is highly recommended that you use the registration form and email, mail or fax them in. If you choose to register them online then please follow the instructions above.

  • Do no submit multiple registrations logged in under the same account.
  • After completing the first, you MUST LOG OUT before submitting the next registration. Each attendee needs their own account. Failure to do so will submit inaccurate information.

If you need a confirmation/receipt of the registration, you have the option of providing an additional email address on the “Checkout” screen.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to registrar@simbhq.org before 5 pm eastern daylight savings time, September 29, 2023. Refunds will be issued, less a $100.00 USD administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after September 29, 2023. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

Substitutions

Personnel substitutions may be made at any time in writing by the registration deadline, no later than October 10, 2023 by 5pm EDT. Please submit a written request to registrar@simbhq.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. After the deadline substitutions will be processed onsite.

Press Registration

Representatives from the press may request a press pass to receive access to the conference. Please see the registration desk, or email registrar@simbhq.org.

Wire Transfer Payments

The wire transfer option is provided only for international attendees who are not able to pay by other means. A wire transfer fee will be added to your registration total. Payment must be in U.S. Dollars.

If you are registering online:

  • Complete your registration then Select the “Bill Me” option on the payment screen.
  • After submitting your registration, contact registrar@simbhq.org indicating that you have submitted your registration online and that you will be paying by wire transfer.
  • An invoice with our bank details will be provided to you.

If you are submitting a registration form:

  • Complete the registration form and check wire transfer under Payment Information.
  • Email or fax completed registration form to registrar@simbhq.org.
  • An invoice with our bank details will be provided to you.

If what we provide is not sufficient to receive payment, then the attendee must seek other means to pay the registration fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Wire transfers can take up to ten business days to process. Please allow ample time for your transfer to reach us.

Registration List Policy

By registering for this meeting, you agree that SIMB may maintain your name and employer information completed in this form as necessary for its activities including that SIMB may publish the information in a list of registrants available to meeting attendees. Reproduction of the list of registrants is not authorized and its use for general mailings or similar purpose, including use as a general mailing list for invitation to functions at SIMB meetings not specifically authorized by SIMB is prohibited.

Photo Release Policy

By attending this meeting and its events, you hereby grant full permission to SIMB to use without compensation any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures or any other recordings or other record of this event containing your image for any purpose whatsoever.
