Housing Link
The room rate is $209 plus tax per night. A block of rooms is reserved for October 29 – November 1, 2023, as well as the days before and days after, based on availability. If you require rooms prior to and after the conference, please make reservations as soon as possible.
Exhibitors are encouraged to stay at the Naples Grande Beach Resort to help SIMB achieve its room block obligation to the hotel. The reservation cutoff date for rooms at the SIMB group rate is October 10, 2023. After October 10, rooms may be available at the prevailing hotel rates.
Standard Exhibitor Table Includes
- One (1) 2’ by 6’ foot draped table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) company sign
- Two “exhibit hall only” representatives per table
- Ballroom carpeting
- 24-hour security service during installation, operation, and dismantling hours
- Pre- and post-show registration list with complete contact information (one-time use for each list)
- Company name listed in the printed program guide, online program, and mobile app
Tabletop equipment and displays should be no higher than 48 inches above the tabletop. Setups exceeding these limits will be liable for an additional $1000 fee.
Power, additional equipment, and shipping will be charged and arranged separately by the Audio Visual provider and the hotel respectively.
Exhibit Staffing Requirement
All exhibits must be staffed by an employee or representative of the exhibiting company during stated required exhibit hours.
Meal Plan
If staying for the entire meeting, we are offering exhibitors the ability to pre-purchase all meals and events as meeting attendees, which includes all breaks, receptions, breakfasts, lunches, and the banquet. See the Tabletop Exhibit Application form for applicable fees.
Exhibitors may register only two representative per table without incurring additional fees. See the Tabletop Exhibit Application form for details.
If you are planning to attend sessions or present in a session, please register online as an attendee. Attendee registration also includes meals and uploads of presentations.
Dismantling
No packaging of equipment, literature or dismantling of exhibits will be permitted until after 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 31. If you require freight movement of any kind, this will only be available on Wednesday, November 1 from 7:00 am through noon. Dismantling early will incur a $250 fee for each day before the official dismantle date and time.
Exhibitor Showcases
Exhibitor Showcases will be located directly in the exhibit hall and will be available for purchase only to participating exhibitors, with a limit of two showcases per company. Check the appropriate SIMB Corporate Member or Non-Corporate Member box on the Table Application.
$300 for SIMB Corporate Members
$550 for Non-Corporate Members
Each showcase slot consists of a 10-minute presentation of new products, company profiles, new technologies and services. A moderator will keep showcases on schedule.
Slots are available Monday and Tuesday, 12:15 pm – 12:45 pm. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and will be back-to-back. An LCD projector and a laptop will be provided please bring your presentation on a thumb drive to load before the showcase begins. Only handheld equipment is allowed. Handouts and promotional materials are encouraged.
