There’s still room in the Saturday Workshop “Navigating the Regulatory Pathway for Antimicrobial Registration”. Session runs from 1 PM – 5 PM, on-site registration is available from 12-1 PM outside the La Jolla Room, Lobby Level of the hotel.

Access to Presentations
Speakers and poster presenters are invited to upload their full presentations to the RAMC website by logging into the abstract submission website and following the directions for uploading presentations.
Registered attendees may access uploads of full presentations via a special login and password emailed from SIMB at the time of the conference.
Letter Certifying Presentation or Attendance
Speakers and poster presenters who require a letter certifying attendance and/or participation, may download a customized “Attendee Letter” from the abstract site where you first submitted your abstract.
Attendees who are not speakers may request a letter of attendance or participation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org after the meeting.
Poster Presenter Instructions
Poster presenters should check in at the RAMC Registration Desk in San Diego Ballroom Foyer, 4th Fl area upon arrival.
Please hang your poster during lunch on Sunday, October 9 from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM or during the afternoon coffee break from 2:30 – 3:00 PM. Posters should be removed during the Wednesday, October 12 coffee break from 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM. Posters left on boards after 10:00 am may be discarded.
The poster session will be held Monday evening 5-7 pm. Poster presenters must be available at their poster to present and participate in discussions.
Posters will be located at the back of the Ballroom and sessions will be held in this room so it’s important to stick to this schedule.
SIMB Career Center
Stop by the SIMB Career Center desk in the registration area to view positions available. Resumes are also available if your company is looking to fill a position.
Also visit the SIMB Career Center online anytime to post positions at reasonable rates for members and nonmembers.
