Information for Poster Presenters<\/h3>\n

All accepted poster presenters must be registered and paid before receiving a slot in the program.<\/strong>

RAMC Poster Set-up<\/h3>\n

1. Poster session will be held: Monday, November 10 from 5:00-7:00 pm.<\/p>\n

The poster session is two (2) hours in length. Authors should be available during that time to answer questions, expand on the material and take part in discussions.<\/p>\n

2. POSTER SIZE: 4 feet high by 4 feet wide. There will be 2 posters per side of the 4 foot x 8 foot poster board.<\/p>\n

3. Poster boards will be available for setup on Monday morning, November 10 during the mid-morning coffee break. Please have all posters displayed no later than the end of the lunch break on Monday.<\/p>\n

4. Posters should be displayed on assigned boards. Locate your poster number in the meeting program. Your poster number will be posted on your board prior to set up.<\/p>\n

5. Please do not write, draw or paste on the poster boards. A supply of poster pins will be available at the SIMB registration desk in the hotel.<\/p>\n

6. Poster should remain displayed throughout the meeting and removed on Wednesday during the coffee break. All posters should be removed from the poster boards no later than Wednesday, 12:00 noon.

NOTE:<\/strong> When entering your abstract title, use initial capital letters only for the first word in the title and any genus or proper name appearing in the title. Use lower case for all other words in the title. ( i.e. Improving phenylalanine production of Escherichia coli<\/em> )
