Access to Presentations<\/h2>\n

Speakers and poster presenters are invited to upload their full presentations to the RAMC website by logging into the abstract submission website and following the directions for uploading presentations.<\/p>\n

Registered attendees may access uploads of full presentations via a special login and password emailed from SIMB at the time of the conference.

Letter Certifying Presentation or Attendance<\/h2>\n

Speakers and poster presenters who require a letter certifying attendance and\/or participation, may download a customized “Attendee Letter” from the abstract site<\/a> where you first submitted your abstract.<\/p>\n

Attendees who are not speakers may request a letter of attendance or participation by emailing meetings@simbhq.org<\/a> after the meeting.

Poster Presenter Instructions<\/h2>\n

Poster presenters should check in at the RAMC Registration Desk in San Diego Ballroom Foyer, 4th Fl area upon arrival.<\/p>\n

Please hang your poster during lunch on Sunday, October 9 from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM or during the afternoon coffee break from 2:30 – 3:00 PM. Posters should be removed during the Wednesday, October 12 coffee break from 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM. Posters left on boards after 10:00 am may be discarded.<\/p>\n

The poster session will be held Monday evening 5-7 pm. Poster presenters must be available at their poster to present and participate in discussions.<\/p>\n

Posters will be located at the back of the Ballroom and sessions will be held in this room so it’s important to stick to this schedule.
