Please stop by the SBFC Registration Desk on the B2 Level North Registration of the hotel to pick up your name badge, program, and other Symposium materials during on-site registration hours:

Letter Certifying Presentation or Attendance<\/h3>\n

If you are an oral or poster presenter and require a letter certifying your attendance and participation, you may download a customized copy from the abstract site<\/a> where you first submitted your abstract.<\/p>\n

If you are not a presenter, please stop by the SBFC registration desk to request a letter that will be emailed to you following the Symposium. You may also contact meetings@simbhq.org<\/a> after the meeting to obtain the letter.

Rapid Fire Poster Showcase Presenters<\/h3>\n

Presenters taking part in the Rapid Fire Poster Showcase on Monday, May 1 should report to Yerba Buena Ballroom 7 at 11:30 a.m. and take a seat in the front row according to where you find your name. Please be ready to present as soon as the welcoming remarks are finished.

Attendee Access to Presentations<\/h3>\n

Attendee login access to uploads of presentations will be provided via email. Login access to presentations will also be provided via email after the meeting. The login will also be posted at the SBFC registration desk. Everyone who registered and paid for the meeting, including those who are no-shows and those who cancelled and are not eligible for refunds, will receive the login access. In addition, those who are no-shows or cancelled but paid to attend the meeting will receive a program book via regular mail.

Session chairs and invited speakers should plan to meet for breakfast in the Nob Hill located on B2 Lower Level, on the day of your session to discuss any last minute program updates. Monday breakfast will be held 9:00-10:00 a.m.; Tuesday-Thursday breakfasts will be held 7:00-8:00 a.m.
