Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the Office of Technology Transitions (OTT) announce the newest edition of the Department’s InnovationXLab series: Biomanufacturing!

InnovationXLab Biomanufacturing Summit
January 28-29, 2020
University of California, Berkeley

The Department of Energy (DOE) invests billions of dollars per year in its National Laboratory system, a global leader in scientific research. OTT designed the InnovationXLab series in collaboration with the Labs to expand the commercial impact of the substantial investment in the National Lab innovation portfolio.

The InnovationXLab Biomanufacturing Summit is an exclusive event aimed at showcasing how U.S. industry can leverage the world-leading bioscience assets and capabilities of the Department of Energy’s national laboratories. Its goal is to bridge the gap between research and commercialization and pave the way for a stronger bioeconomy – and the jobs and industries of tomorrow.

Previous InnovationXLab Summits have focused on swift-moving technology areas including energy storage, grid optimization, advanced manufacturing, and AI.
